Does this only happen when the plugin is active? It’s not happening on my device for some reason and I don’t see any error messages on the console, I will try to re-test it with my girlfriends once she gets home, she has an older iPhone.
Can you please try it when the plugin is not activated?
If it’s still happening, try to change the javascript compatibility to “Minified” from “Non-Minified scoped” on the Compatibility settings panel: https://i.imgur.com/EDHtvJt.png
I’m not sure if that’s related, but it might change something.
Can you please also provide temporary log-in and FTP details as well so I can debug through the issue?
