Hi!
If by results page you mean the page after redirection – unfortunately the plugin cannot change the layout of that, it is controlled exclusively by the theme you are currently using. The only possible way is to make customizations to that directly, or make a child theme.
If you refer to the results drop-down layout – you can change that on the Layout Options -> Results layout panel: http://i.imgur.com/9Fu08HB.png
Then under the Theme Options panel you can customize the choosen layout.
