I can’t see the custom CSS I suggested on the page anywhere. Make sure to add it:

height: 0px !important;
padding: 0px !important;
margin: 0px !important;
}[/html]
Make sure to also clear all layers of site cache: page, assets, clouflare, browser, varnish, etc..
