Sorry, I have missed those 🙂
This should solve that as well:

.searchsettings {
   direction: rtl !important; 
}

.searchsettings legend {
   text-align: right !important;    
}

The scrolling is automatically calculated, but if you change the Filter boxes height option to ‘auto’ then it will be disabled: https://i.imgur.com/4HIes9m.png
