Thank you for the details, I was able to find the problem.
Because the sidebar is actually within the content of the posts and the plugin was executing and displaying the shortcodes in the post content, the search sidebar was displayed over and over without the closing HTML tags.
I have fixed it by disabling the following options: http://i.imgur.com/mN6RSEW.png
Now, the plugin should be displayed correctly.
