That image might not be paseed through as a featured image, and might not be visible for the search. However you can set a default image on the plugin back-end as well.
Basically, you can choose that same image as alternative if no images are found on the General Options -> Image options panel: https://i.imgur.com/MRpjWb1.png
That should do the trick 🙂
