Thank you for the detailed description and for the backend access, it makes my work a lot easier.
I’ve checked your backend and my guess is that the restaurants are bound to the “estate_property” custom field. I disabled posts search and dragged the “estate_property” to the search list, and it looks like it’s working now: https://i.imgur.com/cD68yuG.png
