Thank you very much for the details, I was able to locate the issue, and fix it directly within the code, it is a bug with the recent release. It should be working now the same as before.
It was a problem with the recent release, within the attachment search engine. The query was not including the search phrases with some configuration.
I will make sure to include this fix within the upcoming update, so you don’t have to worry about it anymore. Thank you for letting us know!
