Sorry for the late response, we were on a short family vacation.
If you want the stop words to be completely ignored and not indexed at all, then I recommend using both the index table stop words and the keyword exceptions bottom list as well.
The keyword logic will also affect the results output. In your case, I might recommend using the ‘OR’ or the ‘OR with exact word matches’ logic, as you want to get partial results for either keywords as well.
