Hi,

Thank you. The purchase code was associated with an IP address, not a URL: 68.183.94.209
I guess during testing/moving your site at some point it was tested via the URL and not the domain, and the IP was sent over, not the domain. I have deactivated it manually, now you should be able to activate it for automatic updates.
