Hi!

The issue is caused by a missing stylesheet file. The search is printed, but unstyled. It tries to load the stylesheet file, which points to this URL:

https://makena-surf-storage.sfo2.cdn.digitaloceanspaces.com/wp-content/uploads/asp_upload/style.instances-ho-is-po-no-da-au.css?ver=tSFXNV

This looks like a digital ocean storage CDN to me, but the file does not exists there yet. Make sure that the server upload directory is in sync with the CDN folder, and it should resolve the issue.
