1. You need to make a few filter option in order to make it work. This documentation will list all the filter types.
2. WooCommerce product attributes are usually taxonomy terms – so using the taxonomy term filters is the key.
If you want to translate the text of a single search bar to multiple languages, you can use the string translation feature for WPML.
You can also create multiple search bars for each language if that is more convenient.
