Well, I guess you have the automatic search replacement feature active, and probably the theme automatically print the default search bar into the “no results” template – which is replaced with this search.
If you turn that feature off, then I assume the default theme search bar will be visible there. Check the theme options, if there is a way to turn off the search bar from the results template. Otherwise it may have to be removed via editing the theme files.
