Try changing the results page source to the WooCommerce results page instead: https://documentation.ajaxsearchpro.com/behavior/return-key-and-magnifier-icon-click-actions
The missing images/titles are results from product archives, which may not be supported by some themes. Images are usually parsed for post type results only. Unfortunately the plugin can not affect that, it can only send the items to display to the results page – but images, descriptions, titles, links are parsed there.
Changing the source to the WooCommerce results page will strip those items and leave only the products as results, which should be supported.
