Thanks for the details. I tried to log-in to check, but it does not let me view anything aside my profile unfortuantely.
It could mean that there was an issue with the process of pushing from test to production. Check the search settings for differences first – maybe missing taxonomies, exclusions etc..If the production is not a carbon copy of the local, then the object IDs can be different, and filters, exclusions may not longer work properly.
