Thank you for the details, it helps us a lot.
The product brands taxonomy does not have the archive pages enabled – so currently WooCommerce will not list the products belonging to a brand, even if the result URL is correct.
Make sure the archive is enabled for the attribute: https://i.imgur.com/sERlj6G.png
