I don’t think this is possible. xProfile fields are stored in an external table, and by default those are not part of the buddypress groups feature. I usually recommend a custom code when possible, but this is much more complicated than that. The whole query needs to be overwritten and accomodated with the required subqueries and table joins depending on how the xProfile data is stored.
