Can you please include any error logs, so we can investigate the issue?
Please also add temporary FTP and back-end access in case we need to debug the problem. Please also describe the exact steps to replicate the issue, that will make it faster to resolve.
We are also using YOAST on all of our website with Ajax Search Pro without any issues at the moment, so this might be related to something else as well.
