Thanks for your reply! We think that the query we made earlier didn’t go through because after we got a confirmation email for today’s query, we checked for the previous query confirmation email and realized that we didn’t receive one.
When we purchased the plugin, we thought that it would work on mobile. However, when we bought and installed it, we realized that the mobile part wasn’t working. Since most of our users will be using our website mobile, we realized it’s not what we’re looking for.
