How to fix this then? Can we do a zoom call so we can share my screen and fix this?
There is 100% a difference. What setting in the lit do I have that is making this symptom not appear? What setting in the PRO should be there so this symptom does not appear?
If we are able to solve this, I might keep this product (pro version), and get the extended license, else, I might just remove both and ask for a refund.
