How to determine that there will be no live search but will give keyword suggestions while searching

The problem is that if I turn off live search automatically there are no keyword suggestions and I want there to be no live search but yes it will only give keyword suggestions i.e. there will be no search results as you type but yes there will be keyword suggestions
Thank you, I understand now! Unfortunately that is not possible to do. The keyword suggestions only work if the live search is enabled.
