This is a known issue with some themes + Elementor and the plugin latest release. The next update will be out monday (11th), that will address this.
Since you added back-end access, I have applied a fix to bypass this issue for now. If you clear your site and browser cache, the issue should hopefully disappear.
Best,

May 11, 2020 at 5:15 pm #27239Hi,
thanks for your help!
Unfortunately I have a new problem..
I used your Elementor Pro Product Widget Live Filter documentation, but when I try to sort the products by categories, not all products for the respective category are shown to me.
As an example, I have 10 products in the category “Reitsport Springreiten” but after pressing the checkbox it shows me only two products. Could you help me with that, please? Many greetings

May 12, 2020 at 6:55 am #27250Hi,
Sure, I suspect it is only a logic issue.
If you are using filters, that are unchecked by default, and there are products in multiple categories – then by default, the un-checked categories as treated as exclusions. Try this configuration: https://i.imgur.com/yW5zvOd.png
Best,
It should do the trick 🙂
