    Hi!

Could you please re-upload the screenshot and provide and url where the issue is visible as well as with temporary administrator and ftp details?

For starters you should try to switch your site theme and deactivating all other plugins temporary to see if this is a compatibility issue. Let me know!

unfortunately i cant provide you with the ftp details, but you can login to the admin panel with this:

i am not looking to do something complicated, i just want the filters (all of them) to be presented correctly and the search to work. i need users to be able to search in pages, posts, rags and categories…

Could you please check the login privileges? I can’t see the plugin manager nor the Ajax Search Pro menu item.

    Hi!

I see the problem now. The whole search bot was set to rtl direction, which is not supported 100% currently. However I made a few changes, so the input field is now directed to the right and the writing direction should be correct as well.

I’ve also corrected the settings position with visual composer. I added an extra line for the settings to appear below the box and set the results position to “Blocking” on the frontend search settings panel.

You can finish configuring your search now 😉

from some reason though I cant find things I am looking for and I know for a fact the exists..

for instants I am looking for a post title name, and I get no results..

and also I get only part of the category list that exist in the site..

Please check your configuration. You had some custom field values set to sample values: https://i.imgur.com/UoUXQgH.png
So the search probably tries to match these sample values, but they don’t exist.

Also check the documentation first on this, it’s explained there with details: http://wp-dreams.com/demo/wp-ajax-search-pro3/docs/#frontend_search_settings_creating_custom_selectors_from_custom_fields
