I have been trying to update this plugin for a while now with no results. My purchase code I believe is pointing to the development site and I can’t seem to point it to the live site. Please let me know how I can update the plugin.
Also, our site has had poor performance and we have hired go daddy to do a audit on the site. They said:

The report I received says “it seems like they just need to run WP_Session_Utils::delete_old_sessions(); far more frequently (if they’re running it at all)”Is this something that can be fixed?

The automatic updater works only on one site per purchase code to avoid pirated copies to access the update system.
It is possible to de-activate the updater and re-activate it on the current site: https://goo.gl/crofpL
In case automatic updates doesn’t work, there is a very easy manual updating possibility: https://goo.gl/vLXGppThe issue reported had been fixed for a while now. After the update it should disappear.

I have updated the plugin and cleared the cache. The plugin seems to be acting very slow.

I type “All” and it takes a good 10 seconds to show up. You can type a different name as well to see if it shows up any quicker.
Please let me know if there is any settings so I can speed this up.
