Unfortunately I am not able to view the site back-end, it redirects me to the home page, so I cannot check the plugin configuration.
The FTP details are actually log-in details to the web administrator tools, however the file manager does not let me make changes to the files. Can you arrange simple, regular FTP details instead? That would help a lot.
