    Hi,

Well, this is nearly impossible to tell. I am suspecting that either there is missing data in the database, or there is something with the files. Can I at least take a look at the site front-end? As it is password protected.
    Thank you!

    Hi,

Can you please direct me to a page where the plugin is visible? Thank you!

    Hi,

I see the issue now. Something is changing the ajax response, adding HTML tags to it, that should not be there. See example response: https://i.imgur.com/Hbv3rnz.png
The body, html tags should not be there. This is very hard to tell what exactly might be causing this. It can be a plugin, as well as a cache or CDN or a server module, that uses some sort of HTML correction.

The only way to resolve this, is by finding what is adding the extra data, and disabling it. I would suggest first turning off the plugins one-by-one to find which might be conflicting. If none, then looking at server cache, then CDN services (HTML minification), and adding the ajax handler files (admin-ajax.php and ajax_search.php) to the exceptions list, if possible.

    Hi,

There is not much I can do unfortunately, as the issue is not caused by the plugin. Try the suggestions above, it is very likely that a cache/CDN plugin might be causing this issue.

As an addition, make sure that the custom ajax handler is also disabled: https://i.imgur.com/LqPpNSU.png
The thing adding the custom HTML to it, might not recognize that as the WordPress ajax handler, and automatically does the correction. It is very unlikely, but it may help.

Make sure to turn OFF that option. The issue is then either the server, or a CDN/Firewall or something similar.

Unfortunately the issue is unrelated to the plugin, as it cannot possibly create that output, it is tempered with it seems like. This is probably a server related issue then.

    All I can suggest is:
    – Try completely wiping the plugin installation and re-install fully from the installer from codecanyon.net. To make sure that there was no error during moving the files.
    – Checking your server configuration
    – Checking the CDN configuration
    – Contacting the server provider to ask about the unwanted output within the ajax response.

I can check the configuration then, if you want to. Please make sure that the support account has the admin privileges, as currently I cannot access the plugin dashboard.
