A week ago I purchased support from Ajax at Envato Market.
Unfortunately I had to find out after the purchase that Envato made a mistake and I now own the plug IN Ajax Search Pro twice.
I just wanted to extend the support and not buy the plugin again.
Unfortunately I don’t get any feedback from Envato since more than one week.
Can you help me here ?
Unfortunately we (as authors) don’t have access to user sales, all I can do is review possible re-fund requests. If they don’t respond, you can try re-funding one of the plugins, that does not have the extended support.
I think you can only request a re-fund, but I am not sure. This should know their support, I hope they will respond. If not, you can still open a refund request later, I will approve it.
