    Hi I get the error message as in attachment,

    cant find the solution

    Hi,

    Make sure to save the search options and clear all layers of site cache – page, CDN, cloudflare etc..

    If that does not work, then please add temporary back-end and FTP details, and I will take a look at the issue and debug it.

    Hi,

    Thank you. It still does not let me through the password protected prompt.

    However, this issue was confirmed with the latest release. A bugfix update will be uploaded within a couple of hours, you should get a notification soon. Updating to that will resolve the problem.

    Hi,

    Thank you! Still the older version was installed. I have re-installed it via the auto updater to version 4.17.4, now it should be all right.
