I understand, but this exact requirement is not possible – because you don’t want to display anything, when there is nothing selected, but then apply the filter when anything is selected – even for filters where nothing is selected. It’s not possible to do both.

It will require at least one option to be selected from each group – but will display all the results when no filter is active.

This will treat both filters individually, but will not display anything if nothing is selected.
