Oh, the index table options should be global at this point, I will have to look into this.
Basically, it is only a visual bug – there is only one index table across all the network, it can store the posts/post type data from all of the sites. All you need to do is to configure and create it on the main site, and that’s it. Even though it is not showing across the other sites, it is still generated including every site.
