    some of the products are not showing on search. they are available in the backend and were instock.

    SOME PRODUCTS ARE VISIBLE?? WHAT MIGHT BE THE ISSUE ….

    its a live site kindly check the error and help ASAP

    Hi,

    Thank you for the details!

    Can you please:
    – give examples for search phrases for which products are missing
    – which product are exactly missing
    – add temporary FTP and Back-end access so we can check your configuration?

    The reason the products are not showing is, because the category they are in is excluded on the plugin back-end, here: https://i.imgur.com/jzTkjah.png
    If you remove the exclusions, it will resolve the issue.

    Dear Ernest Marcinko,

    That was a great help. That was listed there in exclusion and after removal it now works perfect.
