1. I believe on the live results list the limit is going to be the issue. There are actually 10 matches for “outbound smtp”, and the default search limit is 10. Once the search gets the 10 results it immediately returns them. I assume there are more relevant matches from the other group.
I recommend perhaps increasing the limit to 20-30, and enabling the distribution: https://i.imgur.com/NFyPfdZ.png
2. I am actually seeing the same results on the result page. The ordering can be a bit different due to the grouping on the live results list, but as far as I can see now, they all look the same.
