I am resubmitting this ticket because the earlier submission may not have completed by virtue of the file attached being too large.
Running WordPress and Bunny Press. Have gone through steps 1,2,3 on your page https://wp-dreams.com/knowledge-base/important-before-opening-a-support-ticket/. I have tried reindexing and uninstalling /reinstalling the plugin to no avail. See this video link. It illustrates that I can search on one keyword on WP and BP pages, but 2 in both cases yields no results.

The issue here is the actual results page, not specifically the plugin. When I try for example the “cathedral baxter” keywords, I can see the result on the live results list, here: https://i.imgur.com/YO7QJi4.png
When clicking on the magnifier or hitting the return button, the plugin redirects to the results page, and “instructs” wordpress core to show these same exact results there. There is however a custom search results page present on your installation, which shows it’s own results, via it’s own query, with a custom tab feature of some sort. It seems like it does not use the wordpress search results, but does a separate search query on it’s own, and then display it’s own results. Unfortunately that is the problem. While the plugin does the search override, this custom results page/plugin does it as wel.I appreciate your quick response. It appears you have provided an explanation but not a solution. What, then, do I need to do on the website to rectify what you have pointed out and thereby make your plugin work correctly?
It is hard to tell the solution, but in nost cases it is switching the theme, but it depends on what exactly is creating that custom results page layout. I am seeing the default WordPress theme in your case, which is definitely supported – but something else is putting that layout there. From the page source I am seeing the following HTML classes: bboss_search_page buddypress-wrap
I assume it is something to do with a buddypress plugin?
