I’m very sorry, I missed your ticket by accident. I broke my arm a week ago, having a bit of trouble writing and clicking yet.
There was a tiny issue with the configuration, a content type filter was enabled: https://i.imgur.com/zwZSeHs.png
While it was not visible, but still in effect, disabling the user search. It should be okay now.
