Hello Ernest,
User search seems so simple however it is not working for me. I am providing admin credentials so you can see what I setup. There is one user in the database that should display when searched by name or student ID. Unfortunately nothing is returned in my query.
I would greatly appreciate if you could investigate and tell me what is wrong with my search setup.
The search page is – https://dot832.dev/nationalsafetytrainingsolutions/certificates/ or click on the Training Verification button on the top right.
Search user name is Paul Abbott and student ID is DPR19031

Hi Tim,
I’m very sorry, I missed your ticket by accident. I broke my arm a week ago, having a bit of trouble writing and clicking yet.
There was a tiny issue with the configuration, a content type filter was enabled: https://i.imgur.com/zwZSeHs.png

While it was not visible, but still in effect, disabling the user search. It should be okay now.
