    I can’t verify our purchase code.
    I setup serveral accounts with the same e-mail like on envato market, but it always gives the error:

    Err 4: This purchase code is registered to another user account.

    I can’t open tickets!
    What can I do?

    Hi Phil,

    Have you opened a support ticket with us before? That message means, that the purchase code was already used to open a support ticket – or at least had been verified with another user account before.
