I am sorry, I don’t think I understand what you are trying to do here.
Do you want to basically not have those results in the results list? In that case, use the option I suggested (on your screenshot) and to the search field write the post title, and drag it to the right side, like this: https://i.imgur.com/FIt1TzK.png
In your case type “Loser” etc.. and exclude them there.
