I suppose you don’t want those in the search results? In that case, under the general options -> sources panel, simply do not select the “Reviews” post type – only the ones you want to search for, for example Posts and Pages: https://i.imgur.com/01Cg0WE.png
Currently, you have the Reviews post type selected, so the plugin will return the reviews as the results.
