Just to make sure that this is not in relation to previously fixed issues, please update the plugin to the latest release: 4.24.2
You are using a very outdated version, it is 22 releases from the current version. Please be careful when updating, I strongly recommend backing up everything.
After the update clear all layers of cache and try to re-index everything and test again. It is very likely to resolve the issue.
