Sure, no problem! The setup I recommended will do exactly as you described. When the user checks the “Alojaimento” checkbox, they will get results from that post type too. It does not matter if it is unselected on the general options, because by checking the checkbox it will override that.
I went ahead, logged in and changed the post type settings accordingly, you can test it 🙂
