I’ve set up a search for a custom post type – “events”.
When I set the date filter, it has no effect; i’ still getting results from earlier events. I even tried making those event posts private and I’m still getting old results, i.e. from before the date set.
I am very sorry, I have accidentally marked the notification email as “resolved” by mistake.
The date filter on the screenshot is for post (or custom post type) publish dates. I assume you are using an event calendar plugin of some sort? If so can you please let me know?
Can you please also add a URL where the plugin search is visible and temporary back-end access details, so I can check and verify the configuration?
Thank you! Unfortunately even after logging in I can’t access the page nor the back-end.
However I know what the issue is. The events manager uses custom fields to store the dates in _event_start and _event_end fields. Please check this tutorial on how to set that up correctly.
