Search not working on home page in some instances

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have installed the Search Pro on a clients web site (https://toysandgames.ie/).

The search works great for me. However, for the client, the search does not work on the home page (and only the home page). When a search term is entered, the wheel starts turning, but no results are ever returned. This is on Chrome and on a mobile for the same user.

It works for me in all browsers and on all platforms. Are there any known issues like this that you’ve encountered?
