Dear Sir/Madam,
I have installed the Search Pro on a clients web site (https://toysandgames.ie/).
The search works great for me. However, for the client, the search does not work on the home page (and only the home page). When a search term is entered, the wheel starts turning, but no results are ever returned. This is on Chrome and on a mobile for the same user.
It works for me in all browsers and on all platforms. Are there any known issues like this that you’ve encountered?

I’m not aware of any issues. I’ve tested the search, it works for me as well, in any browser I tried. I also tried via proxy servers, and it’s still working.
It might be his browser cache or perhaps a browser plugin causing it.
