I believe it might be possible, but for that I need to know the URL of the ultimate member directory on your site, to be able to suggest a specific solution. The exact URL is not needed, just the structure, like: yoursite.com/path-to-the-ultimate-member-directory/
On the General Options -> Logics & Behavior panel there is an option to change the redirection to a custom URL. Putting the relative URL to that field should be the solution: https://i.imgur.com/Q9IkDcv.png
