Yes, that is possible of course.
The issue in you case is, that you have the “Polígono” taxonomy selected to be returned as results. I believe you only want the “empresas” custom post type as results, and nothing else.
On the General Options -> Sources 2 panel, make sure that nothing is selected: https://i.imgur.com/cI9aZgP.png
That should very likely resolve the issue, as it seems your other configuration is probably correct.
