It still does not work, I get the same exact errors on the ftp log as on the screenshots. To make sure I also tried WinSCP, Total Commander, Notepad++ & PsPad clients, all return the same error – timeout error. Are you sure there is no firewall or IP restriction rule in effect? The timeout error usually means that the IP is not allowed.
Or is it possible that the password/login might use different characters and copy/paste does not work? I have not seen anything like that before, but at this point I cannot rule out that. Can you try uploading the details in a plain .txt file? I honestly don’t know what is happening here.
First I suggest checking the .htaccess file in the web root directory, then maybe disabling plugins one-by-one. Usually it is the .htaccess file though.
