KeymasterHi!
It still does not work, I get the same exact errors on the ftp log as on the screenshots. To make sure I also tried WinSCP, Total Commander, Notepad++ & PsPad clients, all return the same error – timeout error. Are you sure there is no firewall or IP restriction rule in effect? The timeout error usually means that the IP is not allowed.
Or is it possible that the password/login might use different characters and copy/paste does not work? I have not seen anything like that before, but at this point I cannot rule out that. Can you try uploading the details in a plain .txt file? I honestly don’t know what is happening here.First I suggest checking the .htaccess file in the web root directory, then maybe disabling plugins one-by-one. Usually it is the .htaccess file though.

KeymasterHi!
I think I found out why the FTPS connections does not work. Apparently some ISP providers can block TLS over FTP. I tried to connect with a different computer, but no luck still. Then I tried a mobile 4G network instead of the Optical internet I am using, and it works..
I am verry sorry about the headache, I didn’t know my ISP suddenly decided to block TLS handshakes for whatever reason, this is so random. (it used to work for sure)I will get back to you soon, once I arrange the 4G connection to my main workstation and test the FTPS connection.

KeymasterYou are welcome 🙂
I think I managed to add a quickfix for the visible shortcodes, I will include it in the upcoming release. That should be fine now.
The ‘connection error’ issue, I am not sure about that one. You can leave the custom ajax handler in use, you would have noticed if there was any problems by now 🙂
If you want, you can add a temporary user level access as well, and I can try to log-in and try replicate the issue with it. If it is anything related to the plugin, I should be able to find it. It could take some time though.June 29, 2018 at 3:57 pm #18515jaswanth_jesse

KeymasterThank you!
I was not able to find the source of the issue yet. I guess it is some sort of a minor conflict, but it can be ignored for now, as the custom ajax handler resolves the issue without problems .)
