I think I found out why the FTPS connections does not work. Apparently some ISP providers can block TLS over FTP. I tried to connect with a different computer, but no luck still. Then I tried a mobile 4G network instead of the Optical internet I am using, and it works..
I am verry sorry about the headache, I didn’t know my ISP suddenly decided to block TLS handshakes for whatever reason, this is so random. (it used to work for sure)
I will get back to you soon, once I arrange the 4G connection to my main workstation and test the FTPS connection.
