Can you please add FTP and Back-end login details? I would like to look at the plugin configuration and run code debugging if neccessary via FTP.
1. On the search below the 1trees’ Online Writing Handbook – Contents there is some custom CSS applied, probably from the theme or the theme builder, which overrides some of the styling rules (links, line height, backgrounds etc..). I need to see the original on the back-end in order to see which ones exactly are overwritten to correct them.
2. This is usually a cache related issue, although in this case I don’t know what the correct placeholder text actually is. With the back-end detail I will be able to check that as well. Since there are no reports of similar problems, this is very likely only a page cache issue.
