Well, you can set variation images on the WooCommerce variations panel: https://i.imgur.com/lF3MSav.png
That should show up with the variations.
Also, try this configuration for the Primary title field: https://i.imgur.com/5QvA2mR.png
That is sort of a ‘hacky’ way to try to press the plugin to request the title again, and in case of WooCommerce it sometimes helps to get the correct stored variation titles.
